Product Introduction
This 315 KVA distribution transformer was delivered to a substation in South Africa in 2014, the rated power of the transformer is 315 KVA, the primary voltage of the transformer is 11KV and the secondary voltage is 0.4KV. The cooling system of these liquid filled transformers are ONAN, the coolant is PCB free transformer mineral oil and core material is used by grain oriented silicon steel sheet. Our 315 KVA power transformer was designed with advanced technology and adopts high quality material and components which result in reliable quality and long operation time. We also provide power transformer, dry type transformer, furnace transformer and rectifier transformer.
We ensure each one of our delivered transformers had passed the full acceptance test and we remains 0 fault rate record for more than 10 years so far, our oil immersed power transformer is designed in accordance with IEC, ANSI and other major international standards.
Scope of Supply
Product: Oil Immersed distribution Transformer
Rated Power: Up to 5000 KVA
Primary Voltage: Up to 35 KV
Notes on transformer oil filling:
1. Before oil injection, the transformer oil shall pass the test.
2. The remaining oil in the transformer shall be drained as far as possible to avoid the quality deterioration of the new oil.
3. It is forbidden to mix dust, moisture, moisture and other dirt into the transformer through the oil when filling oil into the transformer.
4. The main body of the transformer should be in a vacuum state, – 0.095mpa, to prevent the corrosion of moisture on the coil.
5. Vacuum oil purifier should be selected as oil filling equipment, and gear oil pump is not allowed to directly inject oil into transformer.
6. The oil injected into transformer should be new oil or running oil of the same brand as the oil in the original equipment, and its indicators should meet the standards.
7. The oil flow speed should be controlled as much as possible in the process of oil injection, which is conducive to the bubbles in the oil to be separated from the oil in time.
8. Special personnel must be assigned to monitor the oil level and make corresponding exhaust preparation.
