SF6 inflatable cabinet is a fully insulated and fully enclosed gas-filled metal switchgear equipment. It is a fully sealed system, and all live parts are sealed in stainless steel switches. The shell of the SF6 inflatable cabinet is made of 3.0mm thick stainless steel plate, which is welded by a welding robot. The interface is tight, the air tightness is good, and it is not easy to deform, and the protection level is IP67. The shell of the conventional high-voltage switchgear is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled sheet, which is much worse than that of the air-filled cabinet in terms of sheet thickness, firmness, and corrosion resistance, and the craftsmanship is also much worse. Therefore, the protection level of the inflatable cabinet can reach IP67, and the ordinary high-voltage switch cabinet only has IP30.
The SF6 inflatable cabinet adopts a common box structure, and all branch vacuum circuit breakers, disconnect switches, load switches, fuses, etc. are collectively installed in a sealed SF6 stainless steel gas box. Therefore, there is no need for maintenance during operation, but as long as one of the switches or components in the air box is damaged, the entire inflatable cabinet may be scrapped. This requires all the circuit breakers, switches and other components of the inflatable cabinet to be of good quality and can be opened frequently. Therefore, the selection of the inflatable cabinet switch is extremely strict to ensure the quality of the inflatable cabinet.
The SF6 inflatable cabinet uses a welding robot to weld the air box, which not only improves the quality of the process but also increases the output. Compared with manual welding, welding robots have the following advantages:
