15kV 200A Load break Elbow Connector
The 15kV 200A Load break Elbow Connector is a fully insulated, fully sealed plug-in terminal head that can be touched with electricity. It is widely used in outdoor distribution transformers, American box transformers, ring mains, cable branch boxes, buried transformers and other electrical equipment Connection. Installed on the outlet side of the T-II cable head 200A, on the 200A busbar and the single-pass (or double-pass) bushing connector and load conversion connector of the American box substation. The test point can be equipped with a live display to check the live status of the equipment, and it can also meet the requirements of line phase verification.
It uses high-quality EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) insulation, and the conductive rod connector has an arc extinguishing material, so it can be operated in a live state, but cannot cut off the short-circuit current; it can be used as a load switch to break 200A current.
It is suitable for 15kV cable cross-linked polyethylene cables with a cross-section of 35mm2~150mm2.
product structure:
Operating ring: One-piece molded stainless steel operating ring with spring clamp fixing points;
Insulation layer: unique formula and mixing technology to ensure the high quality of prefabricated EPDM insulating rubber;
Inner semi-conductive layer: prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress;
Voltage test point: It is used to test whether the line is live and needs to cooperate with the live indicator;
Outer semi-conductive layer: the prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber cooperates with the cable shield to achieve continuous shielding and ensure that the outer semi-conductive layer is in a grounded state;
Arc extinguishing rod: tinned copper conductive rod with arc extinguishing function, screw it into the conductive connector with the knife-shaped wrench provided with the box;
Crimp terminals: According to different cable materials, choose copper crimp terminals or copper-aluminum crimp terminals.
15kV200A Grounding Elbow
The 15kV 200A grounding elbow is the preferred device for the operation procedures of the underground power system. It can provide the grounding lead wire for the maintenance of the cable, and can also provide the lead wire for the cable experiment.
The grounding elbow can be used alone or combined with the single- and double-pass bushings of the box-type transformer and the ring main unit to form a visible cable grounding point. The grounding elbow is made of copper conductive rod with arc extinguishing, copper pressure joint, high insulation strength, anti-aging insulation rubber casting, is a fully insulated product, with a lower end
A grounding cable of about 2 meters. The insulation strength of the outer layer of the cable is 600V, and it is used for equipment testing.
product structure
Operating ring: a pull ring made of stainless steel to ensure the use of an insulated operating rod.
Copper crimping terminal: to make the product and the cable tightly crimped.
Insulation layer: The special formula and mixing technology ensure the excellent quality of prefabricated EPDM insulating rubber.
Inner semi-conductive layer: prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress.
600V single-core cable: voltage level 600V, effective grounding.
Arc extinguishing rod: tinned copper conductive rod with arc extinguishing function.
The PT elbow joint is used for the fully insulated, fully shielded and fully sealed connection of the high-voltage side of the JDZ12A-10R transformer used to provide operating power or metering protection for the electric operating mechanism, and has a reliable anti-loosening device.
It is suitable for cross-linked polyethylene cables with a 15kV cable section of 35-50mm2.
